Frame Assembly, Roofing and Sheathing

The presence of many specialists and workers is necessary during this stage of the construction. The assembly of the house frame – load-bearing solid pivotal structure takes place. We always use the specified dried timber impregnated by the protective coatings. The timber must be protected against the moisture, ligniperdous organisms. It is also impregnated by the agent that increases its fire resistance. The green colour of the wooden components is visible on the pictures – this is the above-describe protective impregnation that fulfils the present requirements on the protection of the timber for the construction of the family houses. The impregnation of all parts of the frame is carried out on the production line and they arrive to the construction site with the complete protection already.

Thanks to the simplicity of the process this stage can be done during any time of the year. The frame including the roof frame is now covered by the foil permeable for the steam and the grates for the ventilating slot are created. The preparation of the roof for the installation of the roofing material is carried out at the same time. The foil JUTADACH permeable for the steam is also attached on the roof and the grates from the roof battens are also prepared.

The attachment of OSB board on the external side of the frame and their covering by the protective coating Vezakryl are the next steps of the construction. These chipboards are very resistant and tough and they are widely used for the construction of the wooden houses. They are made from the wood chips that are glued by the natural resin in the press at the high temperature and pressure.

The installation of the roofing tiles and obtaining of the dimensions of the construction openings for the manufacturing of the windows and doors are the next steps of the procedure. It is suitable to wait up to two weeks after the roofing material installation, if you want to get really precise dimensions. The settling of the whole structure is the main reason of this procedure.
