Installation of Windows, Doors and Internal Insulation

Now we are in the stage, when the building contour and the proportions of the future house are clearly visible. The tailor-made windows and doors are already prepared at this moment. The skilled craftsmen will install them into the construction openings and they will secure the house tightening. The placement of the thermal insulation of the walls and ceilings in the interior follows. First of all the first layer of the thermal insulation is placed, the distribution systems are installed (ZTEI, water, sewer system, wiring) and then the whole system is overlaid by the second layer of the thermal insulation. This “sandwich” system is closed by means of the insulation Jutadach that is not permeable for the steam.

The building appears to be nearly finished form outside. The timber starts to work in the closed space of the house and it starts to use its good properties – moisture regulation and regulation of the appreciable temperature difference inside in comparison with the external conditions. The majority of further works will be executed in the interior. Very pleasant working environment is created during the last stage of the construction – interior and finishing works. This is noticeable especially during the winter season.
