Interior and Finishing Works

Especially the plasterboard works are carried out during this last stage of the construction. The installations of all boards and ceilings that will create the internal walls – partitions and ceilings - are done. The connections of the distribution systems and the sewerage according to the spacing of the sanitary ware and the kitchen unit will be also finished. The detail finishing works by binding and pointing will be also carried out. The sockets, lighting devices will be installed and the painting of the whole house will be carried out. At the same time our joiners modify and grind the inner visual beams – the elements of the house beam structure visible in the interior.

The laying of the dry composition of the floor is the next step. It contains the STYRODUR insulation boards and the board of the floor heating, which are the parts of the thermal pump heating system. The whole installation is covered by the RYGYDUR boards that are used as a base for the upper layer of the floor. Finally the craftsmen can attach the stepping layer of the floor according to the selected type of the flooring (lamino, floor tiles, parquets ...). The stairs must be mounted afterwards. They are always as the last part of the structure, because they could be damaged during the ongoing works. The eaves must be also installed during this stage and they must be connected to the sewerage system. Finally the facade of the house will be plastered

The tests of the functionality of all distribution systems as well as preparations for the smooth course of the final building approval are also carried out.
