We have a lot of experience with the construction and design in many variants and versions.

We offer the projects of the complete houses as well as projects of reconstructions, superstructures, attics, etc.

The high quality processing of the project documentation is obvious. All documents necessary for the building proceedings are the parts of the project. We create the project and house that are affordable nearly for everybody.

We prepare the project for the building permit and the production project of specials at the price of 110,000. - CZK in case that you are interested in the preparation of the project documentation of the wooden house only. The study of the house at the price of 25,000. - CZK is also the part of the project.

The price of the house type project is 68,000. - CZK. If the client will choose the Monivet Company s.r.o. (Ltd.) as the contractor, only a part of the costs in the amount of 38,000. - CZK will be calculated. This sum of money is used for the covering of the costs for the preparation of the situation placement, geodetic plan – measurement of the foundation slab, visualisation and covering of the fees for the building permit.
